Camera Vision based Blister Fill Inspection System

This is an advanced blister fill control system, which makes use of latest machine vision technology to inspect and control the filling process of pharmaceutical blisters. The system is capable of identifying the following filling faults:
-Empty blister pocket
-Wrong sized tablet
-Deformed or wrong shaped tablet
-Wrong colored tablet

Information of the detected faulty tablets is stored in shift registers, whcih are advanced with machine speed. As soon as the blister or carton containing the faulty tablet(s) arrives at the rejection station, rejection command is issued andthe faulty prodcut is removed from the line. System also displays production data such as total blisters and tablets packed, faulty blisters and tablets, machine speed, etc.
